Sameen Salim, MA, RP

Registered psychotherapist

Every person, at one time or another, has struggled with navigating the challenges of life. You might find yourself feeling confused, overwhelmed, or even hopeless. I am so glad that in such a time, you have found the courage and strength to reach out for support. I understand that sharing your struggles and life experiences, especially with a stranger, can be scary. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable speaking about anything.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on you. In order to fit your unique needs, I take an integrative approach, pulling from various evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Taking the fullness of your experience (past experiences, culture, relationships, etc.) into consideration, I aim to support you in your journey towards growth and healing.
