I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Double Major Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sports Studies. During my undergraduate studies, I was a student-athlete with the Bishop’s Women’s Varsity Soccer Team.
I have experience supporting youth, teens, and adults through a range of concerns including behavioural challenges, emotional regulation, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. I also work with recreational and university-level athletes to enhance performance and build resilience both on and off the field.
Raised in the countryside and certified in permaculture, I am passionate about extending mental health support to rural and agricultural communities. As a member of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA), I’m committed to promoting well-being in these often underserved areas.
In therapy, I provide a safe, collaborative, and respectful space where clients feel empowered to pursue their goals. I use an integrative approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Collaborative Problem Solving, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring each session to meet individual needs.
I am known for being approachable, authentic, and dedicated, with a strong commitment to helping clients navigate challenges and achieve meaningful growth.
