Many individuals, couples, and families come to therapy carrying unspoken pain. Trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational wounds have left them feeling disconnected, stuck, or unsure of who they are. For some, these struggles are rooted in complex life experiences like gender-based violence, systemic oppression, or growing up in emotionally unsafe environments. Often, clients feel overwhelmed, isolated, or like they must “hold it all together” on their own. I offer a warm, safe, and supportive space where clients can unpack their experiences without fear of judgment. With an integrative and trauma-informed approach, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment-based approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and more. My goal is to help clients feel seen, heard, and understood, while building self-compassion, emotional insight, and resilience. I also bring warmth, relatability, and a genuine human connection into the work because therapy should feel human, not clinical. Clients begin to reconnect with themselves. They develop a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and emotional regulation. Through our work, they gain tools to navigate life with more intention, set healthy boundaries, break free from harmful patterns, and move toward meaningful relationships and personal growth. Whether healing from trauma, improving relationships, or rediscovering their sense of self, clients leave therapy feeling more empowered, supported, and whole.
