As a registered nurse, I will draw on relevant evidence-based research to help you create habits for a lifetime and utilize neuroscience and practices to enhance your energy, focus, and mood. I also offer support for autoimmune-related health issues, microbiome health, and bring it back from chaos to calm with special attention to strategies and skills to support your nervous system.
