Life can at times throw you a curve ball, whether it’s trauma, relationship difficulties, or loss of self. I believe in a person-centred humanistic approach that focuses on the development of trust, collaboration and respect through a non-judgemental and down-to-earth approach. I aim to support youth (10+), teens and adults of all ages in navigating challenges including trauma, anxiety depression, neurodivergence, grief, burnout, and relationship difficulties, through a trauma-informed lens while drawing from evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Mindfulness. I will always meet you where you are at to create a safe and inclusive environment allowing you the space to navigate the highs and lows of your world.
